Loved it so Much, I Went There Twice.
There is no mistake that I love Noble Kitchen and Cocktails and ever since I had the privilege of tasting their delicious meals I can’t stop coming back. I’m on a mission to try every single thing on their menu and become the most well rounded Noble Kitchen and Cocktails Queen.
In my round two expedition, for my main course, I had the Pasta Bolognese made by Chef GiGi. It was simply delicious!
First thought when this dish reached my table — “This looks amazing!” One of the things I loved about this dish is the taste of the pasta. It tasted homemade and cooked in love. The pasta had a softness to it as it melted in your mouth but it was not overcooked. The meat sauce was rich in flavor. I could taste a the oregano and herb seasoning blend within the dish, but there was no seasoning that overpowered each other. One thing you should expect when you try this delicous meal is sweetness.
At first when I tired this dish I tasted a sweetness. I assumed it was the rich tomatoes used in this dish or Chef GiGi used few tablespoons of sugar in his this meal. Either way I love the sweetness. I think sugar in tomato sauces breaks the acidity but also adds an extra oomph to the meal.
This meal was simply delicious. I have a few pasta bolognese and this rates high on my list. I hope you stop Noble Kitchen and Cocktails sometime this year!
