First Time Cooking in my Cast Iron Skillet

Let me say, cast iron skillets are amazing. It does not matter what cast iron you purchase, with experience and cooking know how, your food will be amazing.

I purchased my cast iron skillet from Victoria’s Cookware from Amazon fro $29.99. My skillet was 12 inch which was perfect for everyday cooking. I purchased this specific brand because of its easy use. This pan came pre-seasoned and ready to use. It also came with instructions and recipes for the skillet. Victoria’s cookware provided great support for a first time user.

I cooked several things in my cast iron skillet including chicken, steak, vegetables, and potatoes.
