Monday’s are for Productivity- Two Keys to Being Productive

A Guide to Staying Productive During Quarantine

By now, we’ve probably hit the three-month slump. First-quarter is almost coming to an end, and many of us, have put our goals on hold/pause. We’re feeling unmotivated. Don’t feel guilty; I’m in the same boat. I completely missed my last two weeks of blog post content. With work, church work, personal life, and changes, it can be overwhelming. But YOU CAN’T GIVE UP!

Let’s re-set, restart, and try again.

Today’s Monday— what’s the game plan? Don’t try and tackle it all at once. How about starting with a few things on your long laundry list. How about starting with just making breakfast or spreading up your bed? How about starting with actually smiling in the morning or praying for 5 minutes before you speak with anyone?

Listen, we have to ease our way back into the swing of January when we were motivated to run a marathon. To get back to tip-top shape, we gotta take one step at a time.

There’s no better month than Monday to re-align your week and get back to being productive. March 1st won’t know what him when we begin to make an effort to fight for our goals. Fight for your dreams and kill laziness, procrastination, tiredness, and all other distractions. We’re all working toward something, but there’s a journey before we reach the goal.

So pour Monday productivity into your cup of Jo or delicious hot tea. Sip it continually in your water, soda, or juice. Digest it your salad, chicken and rice, and dinner—snack on it with your late-night goodies.

Today’s Monday— we got this!
