Hello! Thanks for joining me. Today I am sharing my own recipe (THIS IS ORIGINAL). This is my ‘Leftover Turkey & Pasta With A Thin Cheese Sauce and Garlic Breadcrumbs.’ I had leftover turkey in my fridge and wanted to use it a recipe and came up with this beautiful meal. This is also great if you want food lunch the next day or dinner.

Recipe
- Leftover cooked Turkey
- 1 small/medium size gruyere cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- A dollop of butter (for the pasta and breadcrumbs)
- 1 small/medium size onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced (additional 2-3 cloves for the breadcrumbs)
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 1/2 of a red pepper diced
- Pasta of your choice (pasta that has a shape)
Dry seasoning
You can use your preference but, here is what I used below
- Italian seasoning
- Oregano
- Nutmeg
- Cumin
- White sugar
- Red pepper flakes
For the sauce
- Heavy cream
- Chicken stock
