Hello! Thanks for joining me. Today I am sharing my own recipe (THIS IS ORIGINAL). This is my ‘Leftover Turkey & Pasta With A Thin Cheese Sauce and Garlic Breadcrumbs.’ I had leftover turkey in my fridge and wanted to use it a recipe and came up with this beautiful meal. This is also great if you want food lunch the next day or dinner.

Recipe

  • Leftover cooked Turkey
  • 1 small/medium size gruyere cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Breadcrumbs
  • A dollop of butter (for the pasta and breadcrumbs)
  • 1 small/medium size onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic minced (additional 2-3 cloves for the breadcrumbs)
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 of a red pepper diced
  • Pasta of your choice (pasta that has a shape)

Dry seasoning

You can use your preference but, here is what I used below

  • Italian seasoning
  • Oregano
  • Nutmeg
  • Cumin
  • White sugar
  • Red pepper flakes

For the sauce

  • Heavy cream
  • Chicken stock
